Open House autumn 2025
Welcome to Swingkatten's open house on 7 september at Drabanten (Bangårdsgatan 13). This is an opportunity to try our dances before the next set of classes.
Park Dance 2025
In the summer months, Swingkatten invites you to outdoor dancing at the Dance Pavilion in central Uppsala (Stadsträdgården, right next to the Stadium).
Social dancing during spring

Thinking about joining us?
Swingkatten regularly offers courses in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Blues, Boogie Woogie, Authentic Jazz, and Tap. We also organize social dances and various events.
We are a non-political and non-religious organization that welcomes all dancers and music lovers regardless of gender, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or religion. Both experienced dancers and beginners are equally welcome.
